If you are not absolutely pleased with how tetraVIV treated your cold sores or fever blisters, you are welcome to return tetraVIV – even if empty – within 60 days of purchase for a complete refund of your purchase price (including shipping & handling), no questions asked.

To return your tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care first contact us at support@tetraviv.com to get your return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Place the merchandise in a secure envelope or box with your original invoice and send it to us. If you don’t have your original invoice, please make sure to include the RMA number, your name, email and shipping addresses, as you believe it appeared on the invoice. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

At tetraVIV™ we get most of our shipments out the same or next business day. You can cancel your order before it ships by logging into your account and choosing “cancel my order” or contacting us at support@tetraviv.com. Please include your full name, email address used when placing your order, along with your order number so we can assist you quickly.

tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care is shipped generally the same or next business day. Depending on where you are located, you may expect to get your tetraVIV  in 2 – 3 days. Your order will be invoiced by Credo Sano, Inc, the manufacturer of tetraVIV. 

Through your online account, you can set up automated shipments and adjust how often you receive a new tetraVIV. You can also make your payment arrangements and cancel or customize future shipments at any time by logging in or contacting us via email at support@tetraviv.com.

Active Ingredients: 2% Tetracaine, 78.4% Light Mineral Oil

Always wash hands before and after application. Clean affected area and lightly pat dry. Apply a thin coating of tetraVIV over the affected area and rub in gently to disperse. Area may be covered with a sterile bandage. Use 3 times per day for maximum results until healed. Do not share tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care with anyone else once opened. For children under 3 years old, consult a doctor before using.

Warnings:

For External Use Only: Do not use in the eyes or apply over large areas of the body.  tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care is indicated for cold sores and fever blisters on the lips and skin.

Allergy Alert:  Do not use if you are allergic to the active ingredients tetracaine, light mineral oil.

When Using this Product: Avoid contact with the eyes and mucus membranes. Use only as directed. Stop Use and Ask a Doctor If: Condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days. Keep out of the Reach of Children: If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

In addition to speeding up the healing of cold sores and fever blisters, tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care patented formula active ingredient is tetracaine, the most powerful anesthetic allowed by the FDA for over the counter use. tetraVIV will numb the affected area for hours providing real pain relief along with eliminating the itchiness associated with cold sores. Caution: If tetraVIV comes in contact with other areas of the skin, some numbness may occur. Always wash hands before and after applying.

tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care has been shown to provide a numbing effect for as long as 2 hours. It will continue to provide hours of relief from pain, burning, and itchiness caused by cold sores and fever blisters. tetraVIV is applied 3 times per day (maybe up to 5 times per day for severe cases) to cold sores and fever blisters. Yes, you can apply tetraVIV^™ Advanced Cold Sore Care using a clean cotton swab. Place a small amount of tetraVIV on the cotton swab and gently spread the medication over the affected area. Do not reuse cotton swabs, always throw out the swab after using them one time.
