“Is my period causing my cold sores?”
I haven’t had a cold sore in like 5 years suddenly I am getting them every month?!?! Could this be related to my menstrual cycle? Is my period causing my cold sores?!? If so, would going back on the pill help to level my hormones and hopefully fix the issue? Not sure if anyone can help me with this but thought I would put the question out there. Any other advice on preventing outbreaks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
