Meditation and cold sores

Breathing Meditation – This when someone tries to clear the clutter from their mind by focusing on the process of breathing. The key to this technique is to follow your breaths as they move in and out. Focus breath by breath.
To start, try to find a quiet spot to meditate (and some calming music if you have it). Sit in your most comfortable position, there is no need to twist yourself into a uncomfortable position; it’s not yoga, just find what’s right for you. Then close your eyes and in your mind watch your breath. Keep as much focus and awareness on your breathing. Follow the breath as it pauses, then moves in and out in your mind. Slowly find your rhythm and connect with it.
What’s nice with breathing meditation is it can be done anywhere you find a quiet spot or any time, but many experts say the mornings are best because it’s when your mind is least busy. However, it can be great way to clear get a rest of night’s sleep by clearing the mind before going to bed. Begin doing it for 15 minutes and when you master it, try for 30 minutes or further if you want.
